The Role:

Key accountabilities for the Systems Engineer are:

Responsible for managing and conducting systems engineering activities throughout the complete software product lifecycle
Applying strong systems engineering principles to Software development and delivery in a multi-disciplinary environment.
The ability to extract key facts from large amounts of information.
Working closely with multi-disciplined project teams including the Engineering Manager and Team Engineers
Use expertise and knowledge to facilitate successful software product and project deliveryYou:

To be considered for the role of Systems Engineer, you should be able to demonstrate:

Sound knowledge and understanding of systems engineering principles and their application to software engineering projects.
Experience with system architectural design and development using Model Base Systems Engineering (MBSE) techniques.
Experience with UML models used
Knowledge and understanding of Software Engineering
Ability to solve complex problems and to critically review results and methods to ensure quality

The Package:

The salary on offer for the Systems Engineer is up to £55,000 and will be based in Dorset

The successful candidate must be able to achieve full SC (Security Clearance).
