Who We Are: SEND Inclusion Support
We're not your typical education provider. At SEND Inclusion Support, we bring learning to life for children who've been let down by traditional systems — children with SEND, SEMH, and EBSA who need more than just a curriculum. They need connection.

Our work spans across Wigan and surrounding communities, meeting students where they feel safest — in homes, local libraries, hubs, and other nurturing spaces. We're here to create breakthroughs, not just cover ground.

The Role: Nurture Teacher (QTS) - A True Difference-Maker
We're looking for a Qualified Teacher (QTS essential) who brings heart, creativity, and resilience to the table — someone who wants to make education feel personal again.

In this role, you'll deliver 1:1 or small group sessions that go beyond teaching. You'll help rebuild trust, inspire confidence, and guide young people on their path back to learning.

What You'll Be Doing:

*

Crafting and delivering personalised, engaging lessons for children with SEMH, SEND, and EBSA

*

Teaching in calming, community-based environments — homes, libraries, and learning centres

*

Creating powerful, supportive relationships that nurture recovery and growth

*

Working closely with families, professionals, and schools to wrap around each child

*

Celebrating every win — academic and emotional

*

Sparking joy and independence in children who may have lost faith in learning

What You'll Bring:

*

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

*

Experience working with SEMH, EBSA, ASD, ADHD, and other SEND needs

*

Flexibility and creativity to teach in diverse community settings

*

Compassion, patience, and excellent communication

*

Confidence to work independently - including in-home or 1:1 sessions

*

A trauma-informed, student-first approach

Nice to Have:

*

A full UK driving licence - so you can reach learners wherever they are

Why You'll Love This Role:

*

Work when it works for you - flexible hours to suit your lifestyle

*

Access to rich resources and ongoing CPD

*

24/7 support and a warm, welcoming team in Wigan

*

No two days the same - dynamic, community-based teaching

*

Be the reason a child starts to believe in themselves again
