Key responsibilities will include:

* Taking in-bound calls from customers

* Discussing products with customers

* Replying to customer emails

* Adding data to CRM system

* General ad-hoc administration

The successful candidate will have:

* The ability to provide excellent customer service

* Good communication skills

* IT skills
