Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting pupils across the school and running intervention sessions to address specific learning needs. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on student achievement and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils across all key stages, providing academic and pastoral support as needed.
Plan and deliver targeted intervention sessions to small groups or individual students, focusing on areas of need identified by class teachers.
Work collaboratively with teachers to assess student progress and adjust intervention strategies accordingly.
Assist in the planning and preparation of learning resources and materials.
Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment within the school.
Supervise students during break times and other non-classroom activities as required.
Contribute to the wider life of the school through participation in school events and activities.Requirements:

Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification or equivalent.
Previous experience working in a primary school setting, ideally in a similar role.
Strong understanding of primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Ability to plan and deliver targeted intervention sessions to address specific learning needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
A positive and proactive approach to supporting student learning and well-being.
Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all students.
