Chichester | £28,000 £30,000 | Mon to Fri, 9am - 5pm | Office based

Were looking for a Customer Account Coordinator to join a thriving, fun, and supportive operations team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same perfect for someone who enjoys organisation, communication, and working with business/trade accounts.

What you'll be doing:

* Acting as the hub of communication between Account Managers, customers, and internal teams.

* Coordinating and tracking customer projects and orders to make sure everything runs smoothly.

* Handling order processing, purchase requests, and product sample coordination.

* Updating the CRM system with accurate and detailed information.

* Attending team meetings to share updates on customer activity and ensure priorities are clear.

* Responding promptly to customer emails and internal queries.

What we're looking for:

* Experience supporting business/trade accounts in administration, account support, or customer service.

* Excellent organisational and time management skills, you'll need to juggle multiple tasks with ease.

* Strong communication skills to build relationships across departments and with B2B customers.

* Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment.

* A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to support the wider team.
