Job Title: Control Panel Wireman (Contract)
Location: Leicester
Contract Length: 3 to 6 months
Rate: £20 - £30 per hour (Outside IR35)

We are currently seeking an experienced Control Panel Wireman to join our team on a contract basis for an initial period of 3 to 6 months. This role is based in Leicester, with immediate starts available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Building and wiring bespoke control panels from electrical schematics.

Panel fitting, drilling, tapping, and layout of components.

*

Working on special purpose machinery and automation equipment.

*

Assisting with on-site installation and commissioning as required.

*

Ensuring work is completed to high standards and within project deadlines.

Requirements:

Proven experience in control panel wiring and assembly.

*

Strong understanding of electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

*

Familiarity with automation systems and special purpose machinery.

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*

Own tools and PPE

This is an excellent opportunity to work on technically interesting projects in a well-established engineering environment. The role falls outside IR35 and pays £20 to £30 per hour, depending on experience
