Uniformed Public Services Lecturer

We are seeking a dedicated Uniformed Public Services Lecturer to join our clients educational team. This role involves delivering high-quality teaching for levels 1-3 in various units such as teamwork in the uniformed services and uniformed services routine. The position requires a commitment of 12 hours per week, spread across Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, with one of these being a half-day.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver engaging and informative lectures and coursework to students enrolled in levels 1-3 of Uniformed Public Services.
• Prepare lesson plans and educational materials that meet curriculum standards and the needs of students.
• Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
• Maintain academic records and ensure all teaching activities are up-to-date.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the curriculum and integrate interdisciplinary approaches into teaching.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development and improvement of course offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a lecturer or teacher in uniformed public services or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the curriculum and requirements for levels 1-3 in uniformed services education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students and staff.
• Ability to prepare and deliver compelling lectures and presentations.
