Year 2 Phase Leader - The Role

A forward-thinking primary school in Havering is seeking a talented Year 2 Phase Leader to take the reins of their Key Stage 1 team from September 2025. You'll lead planning, assessment, and pupil progress across the phase, while also teaching a Year 2 class and preparing them for SATs.

This full-time position includes a TLR and offers the opportunity to influence curriculum development and teacher training within a supportive leadership team.
