About the RoleAs Head of Customer Support, you’ll ensure orders are delivered on time and in full, with a keen eye on order accuracy and proactive problem-solving. You'll work closely with Sales, Operations, and Transport teams to deliver a seamless service experience and keep customers informed every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a dynamic Customer Support team
- Oversee order accuracy and timely deliveries
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Transport
- Anticipate and resolve service issues before they escalate
- Report directly to the Operations Director
- Track and deliver against key customer performance metrics
