A leading Fire & Security company based in North London is seeking an organised and proactive Scheduler to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong coordination and planning skills who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly.

🔧 About the Role:
As the Scheduler, you will be responsible for efficiently planning and allocating work for a team of Engineers, ensuring all jobs are scheduled effectively, within deadlines, and with excellent communication throughout. You'll play a key role in supporting both the engineering team and the wider business operations.

✨ What We're Looking For:

Experience in scheduling, coordination, or service administration (from any industry)
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail
Experience within the Fire & Security sector is beneficial, but not essential🔍 Responsibilities:

Scheduling Engineers for planned and reactive works
Managing job updates, paperwork, and system entries
Liaising with clients to arrange appointments and provide updates
Supporting the engineering team by coordinating materials, times, and locations
Ensuring all service level agreements and deadlines are met
Prioritising urgent jobs and adjusting schedules when needed💼 What's On Offer:
