In this rewarding role, you will deliver high-quality teaching across Level 2, Level 3, and T Level Construction programmes. You will inspire and support learners, helping them develop the skills and knowledge needed for successful careers in the construction industry.

Requirements:

A recognised Teaching Qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent)

A minimum of 2 years' teaching experience

A minimum of Level 2/3 qualification in Construction or a related trade (e.g., Carpentry, Bricklaying, Plumbing)

Strong communication skills, passion for education, and a commitment to high standards of teaching and learning

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Level 2, 3, and T Level qualifications

Assess, monitor, and support student progress to help them achieve their full potential

Contribute to curriculum development and ensure high standards of delivery

Support students with their personal and professional development
