This leading boutique law firm has created a new position to support its Dispute Resolution practice group. This is a full mix BD & Marketing role and will work closely with the partners on strategy and implementation, BD planning, cross-selling with other teams, managing intermediary relationships, coaching Partners and Associates and executing marketing initiatives. The firm has developed a niche in acting for high net worth individuals and SMEs and is applauded for its values and culture. This opportunity can be full time or four days per week. Responsibilities include:
- Managing relationships with intermediaries such as industry association bodies, law firms, accountancy firms and wealth managers. This element of the role will be client facing.
- Conducting analysis on the firm’s clients to identify opportunities for the DR practice, coaching partners on business development and cross selling.
- Managing practice area strategy plans, BD plans and marketing budgets.
- Executing marketing campaigns and communications to raise the profile of the firm and individuals.
The candidate will be an established Business Development Manager and must have experience working in a law firm, ideally within a Dispute Resolution practice. To be successful in this role, the candidate will be confident, an excellent communicator and team player who has the ability to win the hearts and minds of stakeholders.
