A well-established firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or CILEX (5+ years PQE) to join its busy and growing property team. The department acts for clients of all sizes across the UK, including major PLCs, alongside a strong and loyal local client base.

You will manage a broad commercial property caseload with particular focus on:

• Landlord and tenant matters
• General estate management work
• Refinancing transactions
• Agricultural property

The team is known for its collaborative culture and strong client retention. Many of the current partners trained with the firm, reflecting genuine long term progression opportunities for individuals who demonstrate strong technical ability, commercial awareness and a solid work ethic.
