The Role:
 
Monitor and manage project costs to ensure profitability
Support procurement and material sourcing
Prepare, review, and manage tender and contract documents
Maintain site records and track project progress
Liaise with site teams and support paperwork submission
Assist with subcontractor quotes, variations, and payments
Work closely with our Senior QS and site teams
About You:
 
Junior or Assistant Quantity Surveyor in construction or civil engineering
Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar (or studying towards one)
Practical, proactive mindset and team player attitude
Strong organisational and communication skills
