Job Summary
A well-established manufacturing business in Fife is looking to recruit a Trainee Aluminium Window Fabricator to join their growing production team. This is a great opportunity for someone practical and eager to learn, with full training provided and long-term progression available.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the fabrication and assembly of aluminium windows, doors, and glazing systems
Measure, cut, drill, and prepare aluminium profiles to specification
Use hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery safely
Fit components including handles, locks, hinges, seals, and gaskets
Support glazing and finishing processes to ensure products meet quality standards
Carry out quality checks on completed products before dispatch
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
Follow production schedules, technical drawings, and health & safety procedures
Essential / Desired Experience

Keen interest in manufacturing, construction, or fabrication
Practical and hands-on attitude
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
Basic maths skills for measurements and accuracy
Previous workshop, factory, or tool experience would be beneficial but is not essential
