Operations Planner - Portsmouth
40 hours per week including weekend rota

Our busy operations team is looking for a motivated Operations Planner to help coordinate vessel and terminal activities efficiently. What we offer:

* Competitive salary: £33,000 - £37,000 per year (£634 - £713 per week, depending on experience)

* Shift patterns (phone number removed) or #removed# - Planners work 2 weeks of Wednesday - Sunday and 2 weeks of Monday - Friday. Plan is to start doing 3 weeks of Monday - Friday and 1 week of Wednesday - Sunday.

Key responsibilities:

* Plan and coordinate vessel and terminal operations efficiently

* Manage the terminal's operational labour force and rotas

* Maintain excellent communication and relationships across teams

* Support problem solving and negotiations to meet operational deadlines

* Use IT systems, including Excel, Word, and Terminal Operating Systems (desirable)

* Monitor financial and commercial impacts related to operations
