Interim School Business Manager

We're looking for an experienced Business Manager to join a secondary school based in Cheshire. They require someone to join them in August 2025 for a 6-month contract, paid on a competitive daily rate.

This school has an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and day-to-day operations. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work closely with the Headteacher to ensure their resources and systems enable outstanding teaching and learning.

You will be involved with:
- Finance
- HR
- Operations
- Health & Safety
- Marketing & Comms
- Data, Exams & ICT

Experience Required:
- Proven leadership in a senior operations or business role within a school
- Effective people management skills across multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of safeguarding, compliance and best practices in schools
