WE Talent is pleased to be recruiting for a part-time Team Administrator on behalf of our client, a dynamic and fast-paced organisation. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing vital administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth operations across the business.

About the Role

This is a varied and hands-on role, suited to someone who has previously worked in a project administration or coordination role and is confident supporting technical teams. The right candidate will not only assist the design and operations teams but also take ownership of certain smaller projects and liaise directly with the site team to help keep delivery on track.

This role is part-time, 9am - 3pm, 30 hrs every day Monday to Friday

Based onsite close to Hatfield Peverel

Salary from £28,000 for a full time equivalent of 40 hours. Pro rata salary £20,998 for this role at 30 hours

Key Responsibilities

* Provide daily administrative support to the Design and Operations teams to ensure seamless workflow and task completion.

* Take ownership of smaller internal projects, managing documentation, tracking timelines, and coordinating team members.

* Prepare, manage, and maintain various forms, reports, and compliance documentation using tools such as Google Forms and Microsoft Office.

* Keep internal systems up-to-date, including our CRM and project tracking tools, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.

* Act as a communication link between internal teams, clients, suppliers, and site personnel, ensuring the right information reaches the right people promptly.

* Support project tracking by monitoring key tasks, following up on outstanding items, and helping drive efficient project completion.

About You

You'll bring:

* Proven experience in a similar administrative role (construction or engineering experience is advantageous).

* Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail.

* Strong communication abilities and proficiency in MS Office.

* A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.
