THE COMPANY

This company is a leading AI customer growth platform is seeking a Product leader to drive innovation and structure in its solution-as-a-service offering. With a strong heritage in marketing and CRM strategy, the business has evolved from an award-winning agency into a data-driven AI platform, focused on transforming first-party customer data into measurable growth for clients.

THE ROLE

This is a standalone, high-impact role with the opportunity to shape product direction from the ground up and build a team over time.

You'll define and develop products from scratch, working closely with senior leadership to translate vision into a scalable roadmap. The ideal candidate brings experience from product-led organisations with a strong data component and is confident working on complex solutions.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

• Must come from a B2B Saas (solution as a service) business previously
• Ability to create product roadmaps from scratch and lead on building them
• Experience working on complex data products - across either data, AI or analytics focused tools
• This is the first Product hire of the business - you must be happy to be hands on
