They are currently seeking an ambitious and passionate Specification Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a genuine love of lighting and a drive to build relationships within the design community, helping to shape the next chapter of the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and nurture strong relationships with a wide range of lighting designers, specifiers, and integrators across the country.

* Manage existing client accounts, ensuring excellent service and continued satisfaction.

* Engage with new clients and identify opportunities to introduce the company's innovative lighting solutions.

* Act as a trusted advisor, sharing expert knowledge on the latest products, technologies, and design trends.

* Collaborate closely with the internal team to align client needs with project delivery and company goals.

* Drive the company's brand presence within the market by promoting the full portfolio of products and services.

What They're Looking For:

* A natural passion for lighting and design, with the enthusiasm to inspire clients and colleagues alike.

* Strong technical knowledge or experience in architectural or linear lighting is desirable, but not essential.

* Exceptional work ethic, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and influence clients effectively.

* Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

* A network of contacts and relationships would be helpful
