Academics are seeking passionate Team Teach Trained SEMH Teaching Assistants to join a specialist School in Chelmsford. About the Team Teach SEMH Teaching Assistant * Building secure relationships with children & young people * Understanding of the specific needs of the children especially those with trauma * Support pupils with social and emotional needs * Working 1:1 with the pupil

About You: * Must have an Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one * Excellent communication and behaviour management skills * Previous experience working with children or adults in a caring capacity * Desirable experience: Care work, working in a PRU, SEMH experience
