Proactive Personnel are currently looking for several Production Operative for our client based in Rawtenstall, Lancashire.

Duties include:

* Carry out production and assembly tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures and manufacturing guidelines.

* Operate machinery, equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.

* Complete assigned production tasks to meet daily production schedules and targets. Maintain accurate production records where required.

* Ensure products meet company quality standards and follow all quality system requirements.

* Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment in line with 6S standards.

* Follow all company Health & Safety procedures and immediately report hazards or unsafe practices.

* Work flexibly across different production areas when required.

* Participate in training, team meetings and continuous improvement activities.

* Maintain positive and professional working relationships with colleagues and supervisors.

Requirements:

* Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable.

* Experience using hand tools or small machinery is beneficial.

* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics preferred.

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

* Comfortable heavy lifting manual

* Flexible and adaptable to changing production requirements.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 16:45pm- 02:00am.

Pay is £13.80 an hour.
