Overview:



This is an exciting new position supporting the soon-to-be released entrepreneurial coaching program called Possibility Architect based on the success of entrepreneur Michele Ruiz and a mentoring image therapy program called "The Science of Personal S.T.Y.L.E." based on the decades long image therapy work by Liana Chaouli. This is an opportunity to join two charismatic, impactful, purpose-driven women with many years of experience, and who are both members of the Association of Transformational Leaders (ATL).

As a business enrollment coach, you will be helping women and entrepreneurs fulfill their mission by enrolling them into either the business coaching program or image therapy mentoring program. As an enrollment coach, YOU would be the person on our team with whom our prospective clients would speak to first. This will be a shared position for both programs and will report directly to Michele Ruiz for the Possibility Architect program and Liana Chaouli for the "The Science of Personal S.T.Y.L.E." program.



What you'll be doing:





+ You'll be qualifying inbound leads (women primarily) who are interested in speaking to a member of our respective teams to learn more about the program and how they can work with us to grow their businesses and transform their lives.



+ Your role will be instrumental in helping us decide if the possible client is a great fit for our respective programs. You will help the right people commit to working with us on their goals by conducting high value strategy sessions (by phone) with possible clients to help them identify their challenges and to explore the possibility of inviting them into one of our limited space coaching programs.



+ You'll develop relationships through email, calls and chats with clients while providing an extraordinary experience.



+ You'll work primarily from home in the Los Angeles area but be in constant communication with us and our respective team members, along with periodic in-person touch point meetings with each of us so that we get to know each other and so we can be in-sync.



+ From time-to-time you'll join either one of us at events to conduct and schedule strategy sessions with event attendees.



+ You'll follow-up with company leads, schedule sales conversations, and conduct sales calls with prospective and existing clients.



+ You?ll provide detailed sales reporting and statistics using tools we provide.



+ You'll collect payment information from clients and follow up to ensure payment is received.



+ You will go through our proven sales training. We want you to succeed, so we get you ready.



+ You must stick to said sales process as trained. It works, and everyone working together in the same process keeps us all on the same page.





Responsibilities:





+ Go through training developed by one of the architects of MindValley incorporating the funnel's simple "mechanics" and sequence, weekly practices for maintaining lead generation, handling potential client bookings, client enrollments and orientation, managing weekly coaching calls, and supporting content for social media platforms.



+ Acknowledge potential client's call bookings and be prepared for the call.



+ Be able to effectively, professionally, and warmly explain the value they are going to receive.



+ For those who are a fit, after handling the enrollment, you'll be communicating mostly by email making sure their on-boarding is taken care of including the members area, the log-in requirements, and ensuring their first week is successful.



+ You'll be doing periodic 15 minute check-in calls and servicing clients through the process.



+ You'll prepare Michele Ruiz and Liana Chaouli respectively with questions that come up.



+ On days of live coaching calls, you'll be preparing the participants for what to expect, engage with them starting a few hours before the calls, hosting Zoom or other similar technology, and facilitating the Q&A.



+ Once the participants are nearing completion of their program, you'll be interviewing them for testimonials.



+ When clients complete their 8 week program, assist them with joining the alum program.



+ Assisting with generating and posting of content in various platforms on a weekly basis.



+ Research and execute tasks in an organized manner; consistently following processes and schedules



+ Proactively seek opportunities to improve service and bring added value to the clients



+ Report any change of sentiment, content suggestion, or customer feedback on a timely basis.





Requirements:





+ Sales and customer service background



+ Passionate about personal growth and transformational work and a strong desire to learn



+ Love serving clients in an exceptional manner



+ Need to be a people person with fantastic interpersonal skills



+ Excellent written and verbal skills



+ Comfortable talking numbers



+ Tech savvy, and proficient in learning new online tools/apps to support CRM, scheduler, calendars, questionnaires, webinars



+ Able to carry out step-by-step instructions provided verbally or in writing



+ Strong and verifiable time management and organizational skills



+ Self-development industry experience is a plus





Salary plus commission:





+ Total base salary: $41,000 in total supporting both programs



+ Commission: 10% for each conversion.



+ Up to 3% bonus per client at the end of each cohort group based on client's ratings of your support
