About the Role

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing site in Kent for a Process Engineer to support ongoing process improvements and lead efficiency-focused projects. This role is perfect for someone with a strong technical background and a drive for continuous improvement in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and optimise production processes

Troubleshoot issues and support during plant shutdowns

Lead and deliver Lean and technical improvement projects

Work cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams

Maintain process documentation and support staff training

What We're Looking For

Degree in Engineering (e.g., Chemical, Mechanical, Process) - essential

Experience in a technical or process-driven role - desirable

Strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills

Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented

Computer literate with a continuous improvement mindset
