aerospace and
power generation sector and are looking for a
Quality Engineer to focus on
product quality. The successful candidate will have worked within a
highly regulated industry, ideally aerospace or
power generation.Quality EngineerPermanentSalary dependent on experienceMonday to Thursday 7:30am – 4:30pm, Friday 7:30am – 12:30pm AlcesterQuality EngineerJob Description - Daily meetings, floor walks and operational activities to address quality, safety, cost, and delivery goals.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation (Control Plans, SPC charts, etc.).
- Drive improvement initiatives focused on EHS, quality and productivity.
- Participate in internal and external audits, risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
Quality EngineerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications - Proven experience working in a Quality Engineer position
- Previously worked within the aerospace or power generation industry
- Strong experience and knowledge of product quality (NCR’s, problem-solving, root-cause analysis etc)
- Confident dealing with customers
