A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Corporate & Commercial Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join a progressive and expanding law firm. Based from either Hove or Crawley (two of the firm's five offices across the South East), this is a key position within a dynamic team. You will be advising a diverse client base, from ambitious SMEs to established corporates, all within a supportive environment that proudly operates with no time recording requirements.
The Role
As a senior member of the team, your responsibilities will include:
Advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, company formations, shareholder agreements, and joint ventures.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts such as supply, service, and trading agreements.
Advising on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
Providing non-contentious employment and TUPE advice.
Assisting with sales of SPVs whose principal assets are real estate.
Managing client relationships and contributing to business development.
Supervising and supporting junior solicitors and paralegals, where appropriate.
About You

A qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in corporate and commercial law.
Confident in handling a varied caseload independently.
Commercially astute, with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
Skilled at building lasting client relationships.
Collaborative, proactive, and eager to play a central role in the growth of the practice.
