Lift Beacon is the epitome of teamwork where everyone feels valued and heard. Your new roleThe school is a vibrant and very busy school with a friendly culture and you will play an integral role by managing our busy reception to ensure everything runs as efficiently as possible. You will ultimately be at the heart of the school community and most people's first point of contact. Some of your duties will include answering calls promptly, managing the visitor system and schools inbox, updating pupils attendance and absences whilst following the safeguarding procedures.What you’ll need to succeedYou will be a personable and welcoming individual with experience of working in a busy reception environment.  You will be able to multitask with an eye for detail whilst prioritising accordingly. You’ll be able to communicate effectively with staff, pupils and parents and understand the importance of your role in the school.
