BMS Service Engineer - City of London

We are looking BMS Engineers with strong experience with HVAC systems, BMS and controls automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Commissioning of small systems
Fault finding and diagnostics
Creating and managing point-to-point lists
Working closely with Service Managers
Calibrating sensors and valve actuators
Liaising with clients and site managers
Working on multiple small to medium-sized projectsSystems & Protocols:

Systems: Tridium, Trend, Centraline, Distech
Protocols: Modbus, BACnet, LonRequirements:

Strong understanding of HVAC systems and BMS strategy
Experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning
Good knowledge in Tridium, Trend and Centraline products
Knowledge of controls automation equipment, e.g. variable frequency drives
Basic understanding of relevant industry standards is desirableSalary & Benefits:
