The Role - Behaviour Mentor
The Behaviour Mentor role is suited to someone calm, resilient and committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable young people. You will support students in KS3-KS4, helping them regulate their emotions, re-engage with learning and manage behaviour effectively. You will work 1:1 and with small groups, modelling positive behaviours and encouraging personal growth.
