We are seeking to appoint a committed and aspirational Language Teacher with a strong academic background in languages (degree level or higher) and a genuine desire to share their passion for languages. This is an excellent opportunity for both newly qualified and experienced teachers to join our growing Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) departments.
Day-to-day of the role: - Inspire and enable students to learn and progress exceptionally well in languages.
- Deliver Spanish, French, or Mandarin lessons up to GCSE level.
- Utilise innovative teaching methods and resources to cater to a diverse student body.
- Engage in continuous professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and methodologies.
- Participate in departmental meetings, school training sessions, and other professional development opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Degree in languages or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Ability to teach Spanish, French, or Mandarin up to GCSE level.
- Experience in teaching additional languages is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Dedication to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
