Mortgage Advisor – Northamptonshire

Basic Salary: £25,000 – £35,000

On Target Earnings: £45,000 – £80,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert, whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to clients referred by the estate agency team.
• Build strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and colleagues across multiple offices to maximise lead conversion.
• Guide clients through the mortgage and protection process from initial consultation to completion.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, lenders, and market trends to deliver accurate and compliant advice.
• Ensure all activity complies with FCA regulations and company standards.
• Work proactively to achieve and exceed personal and company targets.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) and authorised to provide mortgage advice.
• Proven experience in mortgage advising, ideally within an estate agency or brokerage environment.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
• Target-driven and highly motivated to maximise every lead opportunity.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Confident working both independently and as part of a successful sales team.
