Details:
- Children's Home Registered Manager
- Joining an organisation that is well-established in the northwest, a specialist in providing residential childcare
- Managing a 4 bedded children's home
- OFSTED regulated service
- Supporting girls aged 11-17, who have been subjected to or are at risk of Child Sexual Exploitation
- Work with RI and SMT to ensure the service is safe and effective in providing positive outcomes for children and young people
- Work alongside the HR and recruitment department to help recruit, train, develop and manage the staff team
- Work with Deputies, Senior and Support Workers within the service
- Hebden-Bridge based
- Full-time, permanent contract, + on-call duties
Pay:
- Up to £52,000
- + £1,000 welcome bonus
- + up to a 10% bonus
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
- NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
- Deputy or Registered Management experience
- Driving licence
