Are you an experienced SEND Learning Support Assistant looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs?

We are working with a welcoming and inclusive SEND school in Hounslow that provides tailored education and care for students with ASD, ADHD, SLD, and complex needs. The school is looking for a dedicated and proactive LSA to join their supportive team.

Requirements:

Team Teach training (essential)

Experience supporting students with SEND in a school or specialist setting

A calm, compassionate, and patient approach

Strong communication and behaviour management skills

A valid Child and Adult DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
