Pay rate & Hours:
- £12.21 all standard hours
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 till 16:30
Responsibilities of the Junior Admin:
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Filing and organising documents
- Supporting with preparation of documents and reports
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assisting other departments when required
Requirements of the Junior Admin:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous administration experience is not required
- This role is suitable for school or college leavers or candidates looking to begin a career in administration
