Residential Property Lawyer - Tunbridge Wells
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking a talented Residential Property Lawyer to join our growing property team in Tunbridge Wells. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated lawyer with at least 1 year's PQE and a genuine interest in career progression.

The Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters, working on a variety of transactions including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

  • New builds and shared ownership

  • Land transactions

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, explaining complex legal issues clearly and with empathy

  • Liaising with estate agents, brokers, and other professionals

  • Managing financial aspects including cash-flow, billing, and quotations

  • Meeting agreed targets for billing and cost recovery

  • Maintaining high levels of client care and building strong relationships

  • Participating in marketing, networking, and business development opportunities

About You

  • Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive with 1+ years' PQE

  • Demonstrated experience managing a range of residential conveyancing matters

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Professional, detail-focused, and client-centred approach

  • (Experience in commercial property is advantageous but not essential)
