Residential Property Lawyer - Tunbridge Wells
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are seeking a talented Residential Property Lawyer to join our growing property team in Tunbridge Wells. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated lawyer with at least 1 year's PQE and a genuine interest in career progression.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters, working on a variety of transactions including:
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as the main point of contact for clients, explaining complex legal issues clearly and with empathy
Liaising with estate agents, brokers, and other professionals
Managing financial aspects including cash-flow, billing, and quotations
Meeting agreed targets for billing and cost recovery
Maintaining high levels of client care and building strong relationships
Participating in marketing, networking, and business development opportunities
About You
Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive with 1+ years' PQE
Demonstrated experience managing a range of residential conveyancing matters
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Professional, detail-focused, and client-centred approach
(Experience in commercial property is advantageous but not essential)
