Responsibilities

• Provide tailored support to students with diverse SEN needs.
• Assist with coursework and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour.
• Contribute to IEP development and implementation.
• Support students in achieving their learning goals and accessing the curriculum.
• Implement strategies to manage and promote positive behaviour.

• Minimum 6 months experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a UK school.
• Relevant qualifications in supporting students with SEN are desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting students with SEN.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Legal right to work in the UK.
