What We’re Looking For:
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or higher)
- Team Teach certification (Desired but not compulsory)
- Experience working with pupils with autism, SEMH, or complex needs
- Resilience, calm under pressure, and a solution-focused mindset
- Full-time availability
What’s On Offer:
- £97.68 – £110 per day
- Ongoing CPD training available
- Join a supportive school community with excellent leadership
- Gain hands-on experience in a highly specialist setting
- Opportunities for long-term roles or permanent contracts
