Salary: £21.98/hour

Our client has a vacancy for a Resourcing Partner. The role is initially offered as an 8 week temporary role but will be advertised as a permanent position. The role is working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, hybrid working.

Job Purpose

• Be the subject matter expert in all thing's recruitment

• Deliver a best practice approach for attraction and selection in a balanced, diverse and transparent way

• Building the employer brand via social media, enabling the business to be an employer of choice

Key accountabilities

• Accountable for the end-to-end recruitment process up to and including senior levels

• Create and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience at each touchpoint of the recruitment process

• Drive best practice and be responsible for the provision of expert and consistent proactive advice, guidance and coaching to the business in relation to recruitment activity

• Partnering with the agency PSL to ensure they are an extension of the business brand by presenting dynamic equity, diversity and inclusion agendas to ensure it's represented at all levels of the recruitment process

• Be a proactive ambassador of the brand when liaising with external stakeholders to bring the business story to life, including the generation of compelling content and social media

• Creating and managing the Licence to recruit model where hiring managers are assessed and ranked based on their recruitment knowledge and experience in line with the Recruitment Strategy

• Challenge the norm and suggest new and improved ways of working to align the business to the wider external market

• Monitor and use data and analytics to look for efficiencies and cost savings

• Full ownership and development of the New Starter Forum, using feedback to improve candidate experience

Role requirements

* Proven experience in an in-house recruitment role

* Creative recruitment social media skills including experience in writing job adverts and posting to job boards

* An understanding of Employment Law in relation to recruitment

* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

* Able to deal appropriately with confidential and sensitive information

* Comfortable challenging and influencing all levels of stakeholders, confident at delivering training via workshops and masterclasses

* Have an eye for process improvement, challenging the norm and suggesting new ways of working

* Be organised, able to manage workloads and prioritise conflicting deadlines
