About the role - Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Cover Supervisor to join a secondary academy and supervise classes in the absence of teaching staff. You will ensure students remain engaged with pre-prepared work, maintain high standards of behaviour, and support a positive learning environment. The role requires strong communication skills, confidence in managing groups of students, and the ability to follow teachers' instructions effectively. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in education, develop classroom management skills, and play a key role in ensuring continuity of learning across the school.
