Our client is offering the successful Telesales Manager on Target Earnings of £60,000.

Managing inbound and outbound sales activity

Proven sales experience within the motor trade or car finance (preferred)
Previous team leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience
Strong communication and motivational skills
