A welcoming and ambitious secondary school in Hackney is seeking a dedicated Health & Social Care Teacher to join their team for the Summer Term (April-July).

This is a part-time position (Monday to Thursday) and applicants must have experience teaching Health & Social Care at Key Stage 5.

The Role:

Deliver engaging and well-structured Health & Social Care lessons at KS5 (BTEC or A Level)

Plan, assess and provide high-quality feedback to support student progress

Prepare students for external assessments and coursework moderation

Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement

Contribute positively to the wider sixth form environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold QTS or relevant teaching qualification (unqualified teachers with strong KS5 experience may be considered)

Have proven experience teaching Health & Social Care at KS5

Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and assessment expertise

Be organised, reliable and able to commit for the full April-July term

Be available to work Monday to Thursday
