A high-growth professional services firm based in Leeds centre is seeking a Finance Manager to join its expanding team. This is a client-facing role, ideal for an experienced finance professional with either industry or practice experience, who can combine technical expertise with commercial insight.This is a hybrid role based in a modern city centre office with 2 days WFH.You will oversee the delivery of accounting services to a portfolio of clients, from management accounts and statutory reporting to one-off finance projects. Acting as a trusted business partner, you’ll work closely with client teams to improve processes, deliver best-in-class finance functions, and provide commercial finance insights that add real value.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a team, ensuring delivery of accurate, timely client accounting work
• Lead finance function services for new and existing clients
• Oversee management accounts, statutory reporting, and project work
• Deliver process reviews, system insights, and financial remediation projects
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing trusted, commercial advice
• Identify opportunities for business development and enhanced client service

About You:

• Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with practice or industry experience
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and other local GAAPs
• Proven track record managing client portfolios and leading teams
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
• Experienced in cloud accounting systems and finance technology solutions
