Job Title: Virtual Finance ManagerLocation: Leeds City Centre Salary: £55,000 - £70,000

We're looking for a Virtual Finance Manager to join a National Accountancy Practice based in their Leeds office. You'll manage a portfolio of clients, delivering outsourced finance services including management accounts, statutory reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial insights.

Responsibilities: You’ll lead finance transformation projects, ensure compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS, and support audit preparation. You'll also coach junior team members and play a key role in driving the team’s strategy and operations.

What We’re Looking For
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and financial controls
• Experience in practice or industry
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with cloud accounting systems
