They require self-employed commercial heating engineers for a long term social housing contract.

Location: Wigan
Contract: Housing Association
Work Type: Landlord Gas Safety Checks and Central Heating Repairs on both Commercial and Domestic heating systems
Commitment: Minimum of 3 set days per week
Contract Length: Long term
Payment terms: Weekly one week in arrears.

Rates:

* Commercial Boiler (40kw and over)
Major - £76.50
Minor - £51.00
LGSR (Per Property) - £42.50

* Domestic Boiler (under 40kw)
Major - £51.00
Minor - £34.00
LGSR (Per Property) - £25.50

* Out of hours rates also available

Requirements:

* 2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer

* ACS Qualifications including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires)

* Commercial ACS Qualifications

* Panel Van (plain or sign written)

* Gas Safe Registration

* Clean DBS Check

* No more than 6 points on Driving Licence

* Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser

* £2m Public Liability Insurance

* No unspent criminal convictions
