As Development Officer, you will join our Volunteering & Young People Directorate and support the development of St John Ambulance’s work with volunteers and young people and the expansion of SJA’s reach within communities.
In line with SJA’s strategy, the role will support change and improvement to our existing services as well as the development of new opportunities that will help increase community health resilience across England.

The Development Officer will support specific projects within the Volunteering and Young People Programme team, helping to ensure change is well managed, that new initiatives are successfully deployed and meet the needs of young people and volunteers.

You will have worked to support teams to deliver agreed outcomes and have an interest in designing and developing resource for volunteers and young people.
You will have strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
