Are you a passionate and commercially driven marketing leader with a proven track record in regulated consumer industries?

We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of Marketing to join a fast-paced, innovative business at the heart of the UK's vaping industry. Based in Darwen and reporting to the Sales Director, you'll lead a high-performing, multi-site marketing team delivering brand, campaign, and trade marketing across both B2B and B2C channels.

You'll bring deep experience in regulated sectors (e.g. FMCG, healthcare, vaping, or alcohol), with a strong grasp of compliance in advertising and a collaborative, commercially astute mindset. With excellent leadership credentials, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive growth in the UK and international markets.

This is a varied and high-impact role - you'll work across brand positioning, content creation, campaign planning, and channel marketing, all while leading and developing a dispersed team of specialists.
