WPRG are recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our team in Dagenham, delivering baked goods to various stored / convenience stores around the south east of England in a HGV Class 2 vehicle.

You will be responsible for the delivery of products to sites and third party customers and you must ensure all products are delivered to customers safely and of the quality expected.

THIS JOB IS NOT SUITABLE FOR DRIVERS WITH NO CLASS MULTIDROP EXPERIENCE!

What You'll Be Doing:

* Loading your HGV Class 2 vehicle with baked goods

* Average of 20 drops per shift

* Multi-drop deliveries to stores / convenience stores

* Ensuring products are delivered on time and in top condition

* Performing daily vehicle checks and completing all paperwork

* Providing friendly, professional customer service

What You'll Need:

* A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence

* A valid UK Driving Lince, CPC qualification and Digital Tacho card

* Maximum 6 points in your licence for minor offences only

* Previous multi-drop or food delivery experience preferred.

* At least 3 months on your class 2 licence (and proven experience in the 3 months)

* Good knowledge of UK roads and driving regulations

* A can-do attitude and ability to work independently

* Physically fit - some manual handling involved

* Attend a driving assessment on site

Pay Rates:

Option 1 - (PAYE including Holiday Pay)

* Weekdays: £19.95ph / Saturday £22.53 ph /Sunday: £23.81 ph /Bank Holiday: £28.95 ph

Option 2 - (PAYE Holiday Pay accrued)

* Weekdays: £17.81ph / Saturday £20.11 ph /Sunday: £21.25 ph / Bank Holiday: £25.84 ph
