Job Title: Complex Care Assistant

Location: Across Lancashire (including Heysham, Lancaster, Preston, Blackburn, and surrounding areas)

Pay Rate: £14.12 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

Shifts Available: Flexible – Days, Nights, Weekends

We are currently recruiting compassionate and skilled Complex Care Assistants to deliver exceptional 1:1/ 2:1 care to clients across Lancashire, supporting individuals with a variety of complex health needs in their own homes and supported living environments.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work as part of a professional care team, ensuring individuals receive the high-quality, person-centred care they deserve.

• Providing consistent 1:1/ 2:1 support for clients in their homes or supported accommodation
• Assisting with specialist clinical tasks such as:
• PEG feeding
• Tracheostomy care
• Suctioning
• Epilepsy management
• Supporting with daily living tasks including personal care, mobility, and medication administration
• Promoting independence and safeguarding dignity at all times
• Following detailed care plans and updating care records accurately
• Communicating effectively with families, healthcare professionals, and other team members
• Reporting any changes in a client’s condition in a timely and appropriate manner

• Minimum 6 months of UK care experience, ideally within a complex care setting
• A caring, compassionate, and professional approach to care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently or as part of a team
