HR Manager, Sunbury, £50,000

Rubicon Recruitment's Specialist Sectors Division has been instructed by our client to find their next HR Manager. Our client is a family- run professional services provider, supporting a group of companies specialising in transportation, storage, and logistics for the luxury goods market.

As HR Manager, you will develop and manage all aspects of HR and Talent for the company. On occasion, you'll be required to travel to multiple sites across the UK (Colnbrook and Chesterfield and very occasionally, Devon). You'll be implementing HR and People strategies aligned to the business objectives whilst supporting and coaching managers and key stakeholders across all companies.

   As HR Manager your responsibilities will include:  

Assist and advise directors and managers on HR policy/practice, procedure and issues
Provide insight and recommendations on HR initiatives that can be leveraged to strengthen business results   
Manage, develop and deliver reports to the management team, including yearly Employee Engagement reviews
Manage all recruitment needs for the company
Establish and maintain appropriate systems for identifying, planning, delivering and measuring learning and development
The ideal HR Manager will be able to demonstrate:   

A proven track record as a HR generalist with the ability to lead the delivery of HR functions to a high standard
Knowledge and experience of introducing new ideas to improve employee engagement  
CIPD Level 5 /7 qualification
Be a team player within the management team, as well as working well with members of staff to achieve common goals  
Ability to prioritise and organise own workload to tight deadlines
