Ashton Recruitment is working on behalf of a growing and highly specialised financial services organisation to recruit a Case Administrator to join their Belfast-based team.

Our client is a well-established UK debt resolution specialist, operating since 2012 and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. They provide tailored solutions to clients experiencing property and personal debt challenges, working closely with lenders and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.

The Role
You will play a key role in supporting client cases from initial enquiry through to completion, acting as a central point of contact between clients, creditors and internal teams.
This is a varied and fast-paced position where accuracy, communication and organisation are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients via phone, email and occasionally face-to-face
- Liaise with creditors, solicitors and third parties to progress cases efficiently
- Review and process client documentation to ensure all information is complete and accurate
- Analyse financial information including income and expenditure
- Prepare and issue documentation to clients and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate internal records and update systems in real-time
- Handle queries professionally, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
- Work to deadlines and targets to ensure timely case progression
About You
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working with numbers and interpreting financial information
- Able to manage workload effectively in a deadline-driven environment
- IT proficient, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
- A positive, professional and proactive approach
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Previous experience within financial services, legal administration or a regulated environment
- Exposure to debt management, insolvency or case-based work
